What happens after the free trial?
You can pick a plan and keep going, or cancel with one click. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What is a 'skip trace'?
A skip trace looks up phone numbers and emails for property owners so you can reach out to potential sellers. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you only pay for what you use beyond that.
What counts as an 'AI generation'?
Each time the AI writes a property description, generates a CMA narrative, drafts an email, or produces a report section. Hoku chat messages, simple lookups, and search are not counted.
Is annual prepay required?
No. You can pay month-to-month or save with annual prepay. Annual prepay drops the per-agent rate and waives the one-time onboarding fee.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cadence anytime from inside the app.
